Ca Le Thang
Ca Le Thang is born in 1949 in Bin Tre and graduated the Fine Arts College of Hanoi in 1975. Ca Le Thang has an international experience because he spent the year 1983 in Czechoslovakia.
He took part of various paintings exhibitions in his country and he showed his works in Paris in 1991.

In 1993, he has exhibitions in Singapore then in Seoul and again in Singapore in 1995.
In 1996, Ca Le Thang will have paintings showed at the Fujita Museum in Tokyo, at the Metropolitan Museum of Manila and in Switzerland (Ballens sur Morges) for the exhibition « MEKONG 1996 » organized by Antoine Savary.
Ca Le Thang used to be the deputy general secretary of the Fin Arts Association of HCMC in 1997. His two paintings made for the H&S contest have been withdrawn from the H&S exhibition the day after the grand opening!
It’s a pity because his work is particularly remarkable and his paintings very interesting, rich in symbols, allusions and confusions.
He is extremely discreet with an attaching personality but his work is rare.
